Assisting customers based in US/Canada on call by taking Remote Access Control and Troubleshooting their Computer Related issues.
Deliver Solutions to clients by identifying problems; managing client through corrective steps.
Increase system performance by recommending changes.
Explaining about the Product and Establishing Outbound & Inbound Sales.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication Skills.
Ability to deal with tough callers.
Technical knowledge.
Good interpersonal and customer care skills,
Accurate records keeping on excel.
Basic technical knowledge on computers (Operating Systems, LAN Knowledge, PC Proficiency)
